Located in Brandenburg Park, the Berlin data center will cover five hectares at Bundesstrasse 101. Once fully developed, the 250,000-square-foot (24,000-square-meter) campus will consist of two, multi-storey, state-of-the-art data centers with a combined 32MW of critical IT load. The first phase, which is expected to be completed in early 2022, will include 8 MW of IT capacity with an average density of 300 W/SF (3.2 kW/M²). The campus is easily accessible from the three major airports, which are a 30-minute drive away.
